Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers cozy but well-furnished rooms with efficient layouts and spectacular views, clean and serviceable. The price may be a little high, but it becomes worthwhile considering the abundance of complimentary amenities.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are fantastic with fabulous views, directly connected to the elevators, and above the lobby bar. The service was impeccable, with everyone being trained, polite, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect, right across from the Auditorio Nacional, and the dining experience was very complete. As a special touch, I was lucky to stay there during the Day of the Dead festival.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms offered a lovely view of Chapultepec Park and the south side of the city, although the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit distracting at times. The Premier floor was a standout with its open bar and attentive concierge service.
The hotel is decent, with small and slightly outdated rooms that could use renovation, but the service is friendly and helpful. The location is great for business meetings, and the dining options are varied. The facilities are satisfactory, offering standard amenities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they felt a bit outdated and dark with limited amenities. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, although not in the most vibrant area. The dining was satisfactory with a good variety of food. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely worth it! The separated living area with a small dining table in our 21st-floor room had an amazing view of downtown Mexico City. The complimentary stuff included made it even better. There were some minor downsides, like the price being a little high, but overall, it was a great experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit dated, were spacious and overall comfortable. The service provided by Jorge and the rest of the staff was exceptional. The location in Polanco was incredible, offering easy access to parks, museums, and great restaurants. The dining experience in the lobby lounge was a delightful way to bridge the gap between meal times. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
